Hi Erik,

I don't use the graffitiset as a matter of course, but I have just walked 
through the procedure mentioned in Dominik's email and had no problem at all.

I clicked on the keyboard, then handwriting, then the pen icon and I get the 
customisation screen, which is fully accessible. No crash of any kind.

For the record I am using an Ipaq 3850 with Familiar 0.8.4 and Opie 1.2.1.

Let me know if you want me to try anything else.
