You must insert the next lines into the /etc/init.d/bluetooth.

export QTDIR=/opt/QtPalmtop
export OPIEDIR=/opt/QtPalmtop
export QPEDIR=/opt/QtPalmtop
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:$OPIEDIR/lib

and after that
/etc/init.d/bluetooth stop
/etc/init.d/bluetooth start
