Opie has been a trademark of handhelds.org for many years.  It is now becoming 
a registered mark.  You can not register a trademark in the US unless it has 
been an unregistered mark first. Registration is just bow, that gives extra 
rights like presumptive ownship. Opie has been a trademark of handhelds.org, 
inc for a long long time.  There is nothing new going on.

You keep saying that "George France" is taking the trademark.  It is not true.  
Yes, my name is on the application fro registration.  Eventually as the 
process goes forward, you will see that it is assigned to Handhleds.org, Inc 
501(c)3.
