I am. hh.org is a project hosting service. (check my previous link to the archive where it plainly states, "projects hosted at handhelds.org"). This is what all of the Opie developers I have spoken to know it to be. Opie is not the exclusive ownership of the Familiar distribution. I do not think Benjamin Long (bipolar - who actually started the opie project at hh.org) ever gave hh.org ownership over the project name "Opie", nor did anyone else associated with the project. I certainly hope he gets in touch with the FSF, who is already looking into this latter. Apparently, merely having your project hosted at hh.org is enough loose the ownership of your projects name without notice. _______________________________________________ Open Source User Interface and Apps built on Qt Embedded Opie mailing list [email protected] https://handhelds.org/mailman/listinfo/opie
