On a practical note, Opie itself already has a BTS in the form of Mantis
running at opie-bugs.oszine.de, which I feel works rather well already
(thanks ar). I think we'd need a pretty good reason to move to something
else. Of course if Lorn would prefer to use something else for OpieII I
don't see any issue with that, other than the burden of administering two
BTSs.

Well, I'm not so sure about that one. If in the future the situation were
to arise that all contributors (or some sizeable percentage?) agreed on a
move, then logically the name should move with the project, surely?
