Opie Wikipedia article

Hi all,

I notice the Wikipedia article referring to Opie has been marked with a notice 
saying "The subject of this article may not satisfy the notability 
guideline":

  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OPIE_user_interface

If someone with familiarity with Wikipedia's notion of "notability" could 
improve/complete the article, that would be great.
