The problem seems to be the "-r 1" option which instructs Subversion to look 
at revision 1. Not surprisingly revision 1 of the KDE repository does not 
contain the module being requested.

This is really an OE bug not an Opie one, and in fact a bug report has already 
been filed:

  http://bugs.openembedded.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3067

An easy fix is mentioned in the comments on that bug report.
