Hi All, Here's what I'm talking about. Thanks Tony for putting into words why I'm clutching ever so tightly to my Palm T|X and fighting the pinch to move to iPhoneOS. DateBk--4, 5 & 6 have been my workforce for everything PIM-related as well as linkages between entries. It's sad, frustrating and downright irritating & annoying that Apple want to stronghold MY data, MY datebook, MY phonebook. That's a philosophy I cannot justify. And I cannot justify the limited and limiting functionalities iPhoneOS, iCal and and other Apple app wants to do with my data. As it's MY data, shouldn't I have the full say on what I do with it? Now, rant aside, this is why I am wondering if I should just get a Pixi or Pre, stick 'Classic' from MotionApps, put DateBk for Pre on it and go forward OR, should I just get a factory refurbished Palm T| X come the day my old T|X need a good rest home. Any thoughts would be appreciated =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- On 25/03/2010, at 6:53 PM, Tony Piazza wrote: > I have resisted jailbreaking my phone until now; I may reconsider... > > > Sent from my iPhone > > Tony Piazza > > > On Mar 25, 2010, at 5:55 PM, "lelisa13p" <lelisa13p-/[email protected]> wrote: > >> Now that Styletap has announced their application which can run Palm >> apps on jailbroken Apple devices (I suspect in anticipation of the >> iPad release next week) I'm wondering if DateBk6 can be supported. >> Understanding that DBk6 is dependent on the native Palm calendar, I >> also wonder if a Palm calendar will be included as a Palm app >> available for installation & if it would all work together.
