I'd suggest to copy the entire Pimlical dir structure as a start,

then, execute your java with the following classpath in the top level folder:

java -classpath
dist\Pimlical.jar;dist\lib\AbsoluteLayout.jar;dist\lib\appframework-1.0.3.jar;dist\lib\beansbinding-1.2.1.jar;dist\lib\swing-layout-1.0.3.jar;dist\lib\swing-worker-1.1.jar
PimlicalMain.PimlicalApp
