Appointments syncing to 4 hours later.

I use a Sprint Treo 700p. When I have a appointment in Outlook and use ActiveSync, the event shows up in my DateBk 6.1a, s2, 4 hours later. For instance an appointment in Outlook is at 2PM EST, the DateBK entry will be at 6PM EST.

Time zones are installed and all are set to EST ( my home time zone). The time zone in Outlook is correct.

When I open the basic Calendar program in the Treo, the appointments are sync'd correctly, so I assume it is some setting with DateBK. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
