a) because it's hard to do well
b) because they've never seen what a "real" calendar is like.
c) because it's hard to do well

I've been playing organizing my life around my calendar "system" since 1984 (I
started with "MoreTime" then). By the time I saw my first electronic calendar
in 1988, I had a pretty good idea of what a real calendar needs to support ...
and it wasn't until 1994 that I was willing to make the switch (to a Psion 3a).
I'm pretty certain that CESD took his original inspiration from the Psion
world, too.

I loaded Pimlical last night and sucked up all my old Palm data onto my
desktop. I'm starting to figure out how to sync it to Google calendar and thus
to my Android phone. The Android native calendar is miserable, Pimlical is
awesome, and this will get me back to one device for the first time since I
bought my first mobile phone. I'm very excited about that!
