Re: How are people using multiple Google calendars?

My Google Calendar set up is nearly the same as yours. Yes, I find that
it is too many, but GCal is not exactly "feature rich" compared to
Pimlical and Datebook, so I keep this scheduling system in place.

I use the duration and billing tags in Datebook. Making use of the Log
to Daily Journal and Export to Memo allows me to keep historical work
info (i.e., billable) data in Pimlical,  export and then add relevant
comments to my past events. Thus I can "safely" remove most pre-existing
events, as they are complicating interactions between Palm Desktop,
Pimlical, Datebook, and Google Calendars.

But I wouldn't recommend anyone else do this. My strategy did not work
perfectly. <g>

There are ways to streamline this approach, I know it, but I can't quite
figure out how. I'm not gifted in step by step testing.
