Duplicates and crazy sync workaround

I sync my Treo 755p to Palm Desktop 6.2.2 on my XP netbook, and until last week did it just for backup. Last week I added Pimlical to the netbook because my calendaring needs are getting more complex. So Pimlical, accessing the Palm database, auto-syncs to GCal. GCal autosyncs to Outlook 2007 on my desktop. This desktop is Vista 64-bit, which doesn't play well with Palm, thus the workaround. 

The problem is conflicts. When all I did was sync Treo to Outlook, the Outlook conduit handled these half-decently (and ONLY half-decently). I don't see any way in my current setup to create conflict rules, which I think will mostly exist between Treo and Pimlical. Help? Thanks.
