 The PalmOS one is in your Memos, titled "WORLD TIMEZONES".

 Depends.  If you're going from Palm to Pimlical, you can just copy the
contents over directly.

 You may need to take care if going the other way around, because the
Pimlical version has more capability the Palm might not like.

 You'll need to go through the manuals to check the differences for this.
