I feel your pain.

In early May, only because of mechanical failure and obsolescence, I reluctantly moved from a VZW Treo 700P with DateBk6 and PQ to a VZW HTC Droid 2.1 Incredible.  

The current Palms were on the VZW reps' $#!+ lists.

The native apps that ship with the incredible are to a large extent awkward and buggy.  The apps in the Droid marketplace are mostly not up to that level.  I'm being kind.

I continue to have faith that CESD is on the job.

PQ is a different story.  Landware lost the rights to peddle the PQ license, and has no plans to expand to other platforms.  Tell Intuit what you think about that.  I'm willing to pay for a robust and reliable portable Quicken, but where is it?  For now I collect and carry home the paper receipts.  Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

I do like that the droid sort of works with Google apps.  The GMail, GTasks, and contacts seem to magically "hotsynch" with the droid. No wires to connect or buttons to push.  

Still also seeking replacements for several reliable apps that just worked on the Palm - Memos, HandyShopper, TealAuto.

I believe I have the very best droid. The Incredible is flashy and social.  I need trustworthy function.
