The DST changes in various states in .au over the last several years have been several and so possibly very confusing. Luckily, the Aust Bureau of Meteorology (!) has a list of all the DST rules in effect, and where they held, dating back to 1916-17. It is at:

Why do I know this? Because I am struggling with DST anomalies between Datebk6 and Pimlical, and have been chasing up Aust DST rules to try to figure out what the <bleep> is going on. I found the above list.

In my setup - Win XP Prof SP3 with the latest DST patches applied, Palm Desktop 6.2, Palm T3 running Datebk6 v6.1bs0, and Pimlical 1.2.35 - events in some of the "crossover" times between rule sets (generally the March/April week, and most of October) are shifted +1 hour in Pimlical, and NOWHERE ELSE. This also includes the T3/DB6 synching to a separate DST-patched XP machine running Palm Desktop 4.1.4 (the original for the T3) and switch-synching to Outlook 2007 for redundant backup purposes.
