we don't have in QLD, though, as excessive daylight would fade the curtains

and, we had a special daylight savings for the Olympic year

but, so what, on the Palm, I've just copied and modified 'Sydney' TZ to
'Sydney08' for the 2008 change, on the PC, altered TZ variable well ahead
of time
