datebk 6 keeps resetting my palm!

I've been a long time user of datebk and have a Palm Centro w/latest version of Palm Desktop on Windows 7 64-bit.  Recently, I purchased goosync to sync my google calendar w/my palm.  After doing the goosync, datebk6 will reset my palm when I try to run it.  

I tried to uninstall and reinstall datebk6.  It seems to work fine once, then the next time will always reset my centro.  

I've also tried running dbscan.  It found 7 errors and repaired.  But I still get the same issue of Centro restarting my Centro.

Any ideas/fixes?
