In the past I have asked CESD to implement what you are requesting, but so far it cannot be done. Your only other option is to go to the Appointments screen of the Preferences and check the third box "untimed advances." This will eliminate the alarm on advances, but it will also remove the correct =time= from all daily advances. 
If you choose the latter route, you may then manually change the time of an Advance, but only once the Advance date has arrived, and you can see the untimed Advance at the top of your schedule.
