completely without calendar, contacts, or tasks

Trying to sync with Google on my Nexus One. Using Windows Vista. Have Tungsten T3 previously syncing with Outlook.  
Switched to Palm Access Database and Pimlical. Synced once. 

Attempted to set up for Google. Created categories in google, some will sync others will not. All not syncing categories in show in Pimlical, but have grayed out the Pimlical category. Cannot figure out why some work and some don't as all were set up the same way. 

Cannot use Pimlical because most of my categories are greyed out and unusable. 

Cannot use datebook because sync now crashes. 

Cannot use google because all data is not there and some data shows incoorectly (ie appointments on the wrong time or day). 

I am now unable to function in my daily life and am using scraps of paper. Please help.

PS Gladly would pay any amount of money for a Handheld version of Pimlical. I never use the desktop for anything but backup and have 10 years of data in my T3.
