Please take a look at "Pocket Informant" for the iPhone and iPod. It comes as close as I have ever seen to being as good as Datebook.

Thanks Larry....and my bet is many of those Jail Broken iPhones would LOVE a usable calendar. I have a gently used iPhone 3G that I would definitely jailbreak to get the datebk6 calendar function. I would be able to, at the minimum, use it as my primary scheduling calendar and back it up via wifi to my mac. If I wanted I could use the phone or not...depending on my wealth! I really think there is a market out there that pimlico is missing.

Bert,

I saw an estimate that 25% of iPhones are jailbroken. that's over 20
million. More devices than Palm ever sold.

best,
Larry
