Pimlico Software is certainly still in business and is actively
developing new products. Responses to registrations and support
requests normally come within 24 hours. If you have not gotten a
response it is possible your spam filter blocked the reply.

BTW, this is not an official forum for Pimlico Software; it is managed
by volunteer users of Pimlico Software's products.
