I emailed Pimlico Software again this morning and my email was bounced back. Was going to send them my email by fax, using the fax number published at their web site, but the number is no longer in service. I can't reach them through their web site, and their US mail address is fairly useless at this point.

That's correct, as I said above, *Pimlico's email provider* is bouncing my email back as spam. There's no reason for me to contact Earthlink, since it's *Pimlico's* email provider that has to fix something, or they can find another email provider. And if I contact Earthlink support, that's exactly what they're going to tell me. Either way, it's not my problem to fix.

Thanks, I appreciate it.
