it could look like, but, it's not

it's a false positive, if it gets blocked or rejected

if you type it, on a keyboard (or a similar input device), and, send it to
a friend, or, even, several friends, by definition, it's not spam, or
'UCE'

unsolicited commercial email is a more precise definition

exactly. and, attempts at determination by contents analysis, or, subject
analysis, is fraught with false positives
