how to get datebk data from treo 700p syncing with outlook to pimlical

I've been using datebk on my treo for years syncing with outlook.  I just bought a droid x and am considering switching to pimlical to sync with google to android.  My outlook data has the datebk code in the notes field and no outlook repeat info.  
How would I go about geting the datebk database from my treo into pimlical?  I have palm desktop installed, but the conduits are set to sync to outlook.
