DateBk6 on Centro migration to Droid Incredible

I have used DateBk6 for years and want to (a) use it or something similar on my new Droid Incredible, (b) migrate my DateBk data to the Droid, and (c) continue to use DateBk desktop calendar via Palm Desktop or something else.
