Lost Categories after Hard Reset and "Records not Copies" Msg

Greetings, Not specifically a DB6 question; however, I just did a hard reset on my Palm TX and lost the categories on all the native palm applications. Can anyone help me remember where to find them? My second question, also not technically DB6 but sort of related, I get a message after every few dozen times Hotsyncing that says "some handheld records were nto copied to the Desktop... DT 3951, HH 3972"... A second hotsync seems to make the message go away and I have never been able to find any records that were not copied. Does anyone know what causes this and how to fix it?
