Help with old registration code

I installed Datebk 6 because I thought I needed it to convert to Pimlical Desktop.   It is past the 45 days and not it has blocked out my icons, etc.    I have tried to reinstall Datebk 5 (which is fine for me) but now it wants my registration code.   I can't find it anywhere.    I need help to get one of them working again for me.   I can't live without my program.
