Ryan - I think there is a bit of a disconnect on the Java vs Apple discussion. I'm not an Apple guy, but my following of the saga over the months leads to my understanding that Java is not supported/allowed for Apps on the iPhone. It doesn't matter a great deal that it can be used on another Apple product, if you can't also use a Java based program (Pimlical) on the iPhone. An additional issue is that Apple has been very arbitrary in what it will approve for sale via the App store, so expending time & resources 'betting' on Apple approval is not the best bet.
