You can Hotsync  Palm to Outlook on a wi-fi connection.

I can help in principle, but I've only done it with XP. You need to
create a 'serial" port using the Bluetooth manager in Windows, then
configure Palm Hotsync manager to use that (virtual) serial port. You
also need to pair the Palm with the computer. To do this put use the
Bluetooth manager on the computer to look for other devices, then open
Bluetooth on the Palm so it is discoverable. When they see each other
the computer will give you a key to enter into the Palm.
