Palm searches: the best by far

I think I have come to the end of my searches for a replacement for my Palm Centro.  There isn't one.  i'll have to stock up on Centro's just in case my one packs it in.

I looked at Calvetica for the iphone and they don't even have a search button.

I used Companion Link to migrate all my records very successfully to the iphone but unfortunately the DejaOffice Calendar does not have a Search button.

I have Pocket informant on my iphone but boy is that one complex piece of software.  And then it is built on top of iOS which has the root of its problems in not allowing backward searches over a year from the current date (Are there only a handful of people in this world apart from myself who really need to do this?)

People who don't have the Palm calendar and DATEBK just don't know what they are missing out on.

I looked at the Palm Pre 2 and it can only search within databases and can't do a Universal search.
