Off Topic Datebook Expense Conduit

I've posted to various Palm newsgroups and sites without success; perhaps someone here can help.

Palm provides the TX with an "Expenses" app.  Palm Desktop By Access v. 6.2.2 lacks an 'expense conduit', (something like expcond.dll),
with which to sync the TX with the PC.  (I reinstalled 6.2.2 just to make sure.)

Does anyone have a solution to this?
