I have been meaning to post this for a very long time:  If I change the repeat on a recurring event, the result is that a new event is created with the new recurring intervals and the old event also remains so that rather than editing the repeat interval the result is a duplicate event is created with the new intervals.  If set the repeat to none on the repeating event, save the event then edit the repeat details, the result is okay.  I am runnint V-6.1b, s2 on a TX.
