Although I don't use the app, I hope they succeed. It would be interesting to know more about what the issues are.

Whatever the problems, it hasn't kept them from reaching version 2.02 in their iPhone version and 1.68 in their iPad version. Nor has it prevented the app from being, to quote their own copy, "#4 in sales for all mobile apps for several years running." If competition were really the root issue on Apple's side, I don't think that could have happened.
