Where did you find the “Info tab” on iTunes?  I have not been able to locate
it.

UPDATE: I have fixed the limited number of days. It was a user error,
not a limitation. There is a setting in iTunes that limits the number
of days to sync (on the Info tab). I have cleared this and I now have
the full 13 years on my phone and can search all of it.
