I go back to the 1970s in data history. Will that work too? Can I see yearly views with the color codes and icons??? No. Datebook does not run on an iPhone. You CAN use Week Calendar similar to the way you use your Palm T|X, but it takes some effort to set it up and get the content over. It has color codes and icons, but they won't translate from DateBkx. You have to recreate them. I migrated using a Mac and Missing Sync. First synced my Palm to iCal on the Mac (each category becomes a separate calendar on the Mac) then sync the Mac to the iPhone. Do the same with contacts. > Will I also have my contact list carried over? Yes. > Will the phone call out from the contact list? Yes. > Can I easily sync it all from my T/X or Palm Desktop, if all the above is a yes? You can probably do it with Outlook sync also, but not Palm Desktop. Although I haven't tried. If you have Windows it is probably easier to get Pimlical Desktop, sync the Palm to it, then sync Pimlical with Google Calendar and sync that to the iPhone. > Does all this also apply to an Android phone? No. For Android you need Pimlical, but it will work using Google Calendar as above. > Wow,, if you say yes to all that.... > -- Larry Finch N 40° 53' 47" W 74° 03' 56" ------------------------------------ USEFUL LINKS AND WEBPAGES FOR PIMLICODATEBK ------------------------------------------- Post a message: [email protected] Unsubscribe: pimlicodatebk-unsubscribe-hHKSG33TihhbjbujkaE4pw@public.gmane.org Previous messages (view/search): http://groups.yahoo.com/group/pimlicodatebk/messages Pimlico: http://www.PimlicoSoftware.com For information about Pimlical, the desktop calendar: http://www.pimlicosoftware.com/pimlicalpreview.htm To discuss Pimlical, please join the Pimlical group: http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/pimlical DateBk4 FAQ: http://www.PimlicoSoftware.com/datebk4faq.htm DateBk5 FAQ: http://www.pimlicosoftware.com/datebk5faq.htm DateBk Cookbook: http://how.to/datebk-cookbook DateBk Wiki: http://oldgods.net/cgi-bin/datebk_wiki Neither Pimlico, the developer, nor the list owner is responsible for content.Yahoo!
