You are looking at clones while i sync with outlook and google calendar sync the calendar between devices. I would expect cloning with NVBackup would be the way to go but i haven't tried it the same way as you. Do you even need to reset when you use NVBackup i would expect that it would overwrite everything? Keep us informed how you get on.
