Although it does not replace DateBk (nothing will) I'd recommend that former DateBk users who have migrated to iPhone have a look at Week Calendar for iPhone. BusyCal is a decent desktop calendar and BusyToDo is a good (but pricey) To Do manager. As I said, not nearly what DateBk provides/provided, but better than Apple's built-in apps. ...but that's just my opinion.
