I have been using Pocket Informant Pro which has all of the features you are requesting and much more.  It has been an excellent selection and incorporates calendar, contacts, tasks, notes, templates, copies, search, etc.  It has been the closest calendar that I have found after Datebk 6.  I also use it on my iPad and it syncs to Outlook or iCloud.
