HELP! I forgot how to transfer saved prefs, settings, etc...

Greetings, 
 

 I am loading up a new Treo 680 and trying to transfer my DB6 settings.  I copied the Datebk6DB.pdb but the saved templates and views are still missing.  I manually created the categories and tried again, still no saved settings.  Can anyone remember what else I need to do?
