Martin, <br><br>I did install the Aceeva 64-bit driver and tried all the Palm Desktop software from 4.1 up to 6.2, but the serial port never worked. It always shows up in Device Manager with an exclamation point in a yellow triangle, saying that it is not installed correctly. Nothing I do makes it work. So I've invested in a Palm M-500, which comes with a USB connector. That should work. Thank you for your suggestion. <br><br>Frank
