Minor glitch in P/A, 3.3.08

A minor glitch was found in 3.3.08 if you use the preference:
UseAlternateWeekView set to True. In this case, the date header line on
today's date (and any subsequent days displayed) - is shifted all the way to
the left and partially truncated. If today's date is not displayed, there is
no issue. Also, the documentation on the preference
UseThirdAlternateWeekView indicates it overrides the setting in
UseAlternateWeekView whereas in fact it's vice-versa (the online manual
documents this correctly, but the note displayed for those preferences
inside the program are reversed).

Cheers!

Greetings,

Do other palm applications run in Linux? For example, I use Bonsai and
Daynotes, myfitness, splashmoney, HanDbase... I wonder would their desktop
programs run in Linux? If not, maybe a screen replicator for the palm to
the desktop/laptop screen...?

Thanks,
Dwight...

I thought I'd add a quick extra here.

I have been able to keep a Handspring Visor alive by usign a serial cradle
long after the USB cradle seemed to have end of life driver issues with XP,
let alone W7.

But last night I used jPilot on Linux Mint with a USB cradle for the first
time. Absolutely up to date version of the OS, and absolutely no problem
with synching and working on the desktop version.

This is running on an old laptop that I wasn't going to upgrade from Xp to
W7 or 8.
And I also have an old desktop in teh same situation in my home office.
So maybe my Handspring aint dead after all !

Does anyone read this anymore? Does anyone know if the Palm Desktop runs on
any of the Vista, Windows 7, 8, 10 operating systems? I tried it on Vista &
it would not run so I kept an old XP laptop to sync to. But I ran into
something on Companion link today that said it did run on all of these AND
the Pimlical documentation is talking about needing to use it to transfer
data from DateBk6 to Pimlical D to get it into Pimlical A! Oh my!

Any confirmation of whether this works or not would be super! Thanks! Deb
