I used LJ's system first and found it too complicated for me. No disrespect intended, I just use GTD in a different way. I followed Fox Mulder, the PalmOrganized way. I had the template etc. Unfortunately, I didn't keep the template, but only my version that I tweaked for my own needs. So I really can't be of much help except to say I've been using it for several years and like it. Could the videos help you? http://palmorganized.com/page/2/
I don't use outlook. I use datebk6 and the native palm desktop applications
