I was a member of the PalmOrganized Group, it never did much at all, so I left. A couple of years ago, he sent me his Bonsai template (don't think I have it anymore) and, while I was impressed by his command of Bonsai, concluded that for me it was just about the least intuitive workflow system imaginable. Top level Bonsai items were contexts, projects were entered as =contacts= and could only be listed using by a clever use of views. All in all, awkward. I would bet dollars to donuts that it is not longer in use even by its author. I finally came up with my own implementation of GTD on Bonsai and tweaked it to where it has worked well for me relatively untouched for the past 18 months. I've posted a description of my GTD system and Bonsai set up on this forum in the past (and would again upon request).
