How do you handle cards that might need different frequencies? For example something might only need to be done once every six months so it would seem it would come to the top of your stack at the wrong time.

Yes, that is the kind of thing I was thinking of. In Bonsai you can drag and drop on both the Palm and desktop. 

This way you would not need to mess with changing dates or etc to make it appear in a filter. You would be moving it manually to where you wanted it to appear again. You wouldn't have to use a filter to find it.
