Bonsai troubleshooting?

I'm a big user of Bonsai with GTD. However, lately I've had issues.

I have Palm TX and desktop Bonsai - latest version. The problem is that when I open desktop Bonsai none of the outlines are showing. I have to manually open each and everyone which is a real pain. This was not the case, and I've absolutely no idea why this has suddenly started to happen. I can't think of any setting changes I've made. Everything is marked to sync with Palm etc.

Any ideas on how to fix this?? I'd love to know! I'm going nuts trying to figure this out :(
