I just reviewed the YouTube videos and am very impressed.  I am a long time user of Bonsai and am very satified with my set up.  I have my main outline organized into levels that start at the top level with Roles, then 2nd level of Attention Areas, then 3rd Level starts Projects and Goals, then Sub-Projects if required and then Actions.

Watching the HighAchiever videos makes me wish that I could figure a way to set up drop down menus to put items into their correct level, i.e. drop down for categories or roles, sub-categories or focus, then adding a drop down option under projects for sub-projects.

I think it would be too much for me to try to scroll through all my projects without some sort of top level structure to make them more manageable...

Any thoughts on this subject would be welcomed.

What are the "missing" fields that are covered?
