I have been using Time and Chaos via USB and syncing to my 
desktop/Palm E2 without any problems.

I use the USB when mobile, and sync to the Palm E2 when back at the 
desktop. Reason: Palm sync application is on the desktop only. Does 
not work via USB due to need to modify registry.

The developer and community are very strong.
