It was definitely a T&C issue; the memo length was irrelevant.  It would
leave the rest of the memo untouched and strip the dates only.

I'm glad they changed their sync software, that might be worth another look
when I abandon TimeMatters in the next 12 months or so when the vendor
orphans it.

As to the Agendus v. Datebk issue, I'm on the Agendus side of that debate.
Datebk, which I've tried (recently, I might add) does not offer the
functions which I demand of Agendus.
