Yes, both work with HotSync 6.0, in fact, your T3 would also work with Hotsync 6.0. I believe that you need HotSync version 6.00 and my T3 uses HotSync version 5.0P. So does either the TX or Life Drive use HotSync 6.0 or greater? Essential PIM Pro does work with Pocket PC software but I really don't want to go down that route. Many thanks.
